Judge Hamdi Faraj FANOUSH is from Libya. He was elected for a 4-year term of office. He was once Libya's Ambassador to Cameroon for 13 years between 1984-1987. At the time of his election, he was a Judge on the Supreme Council of Justice Authority in Libya.
